How We Share Your Personal Data
We disclose your Personal Data to the categories of service providers and other parties listed in this section. Depending on state laws that may be applicable to you, some of these disclosures may constitute a "sale" of your Personal Data. For more information, please refer to the state-specific sections below.
Service Providers. These parties help us provide the Services or perform business functions on our behalf, including hosting and technology providers, AI and machine learning providers, communications infrastructure providers, third-party platform integrations, and customer service vendors.
Marketing and Advertising Partners. We may share your Personal Data with marketing and advertising partners that assist us in promoting our Services, delivering targeted advertisements, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.

Government and Law Enforcement Requests. We may disclose Personal Data to government authorities or law enforcement in response to valid legal process such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant.
Business Transfers. Your Personal Data may be transferred to a third party if we undergo a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other transaction in which that third party assumes control of our business (in whole or in part). Should one of these events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your information becomes subject to different privacy and security policies and practices.
Aggregated and Anonymous Data. We may create aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data from the Personal Data we collect, including by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to a particular user. We may use such aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze, build and improve the Services and promote our business, provided that we will not share such data in a manner that could identify you.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Services use cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "Cookies") to recognize your browser, analyze how you use our Services, and improve your experience.
Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies. These Cookies are essential for the Services to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, setting your privacy preferences, or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these Cookies, but some parts of the Services will not work without them.
Performance and Analytics Cookies. These Cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of the Services. They help us understand which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these Cookies collect is aggregated.
Functional Cookies. These Cookies enable the Services to provide enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferences and settings. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages.
Marketing and Targeting Cookies. These Cookies may be set through our Services by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other sites. They do not directly store Personal Data but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Most web browsers allow you to control Cookies through their settings. You can typically find these controls in your browser's "Settings," "Preferences," or "Privacy" menu. You can set your browser to refuse all or some Cookies, or to alert you when Cookies are being set. If you disable or refuse Cookies, some parts of the Services may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Browser opt-out: You can opt out of interest-based advertising by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info/choices or the Network Advertising Initiative at www.networkadvertising.org/choices.
Do Not Track: Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is no accepted standard for how to respond to Do Not Track signals, the Services do not currently respond to them.
AI and Machine Learning
Tildei uses third-party artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to power certain features of the Services. We do not permit our AI providers to use your data to train their models. We may use aggregated or de-identified data derived from use of the Services to improve our product and features generally. For business customers, the use of customer data in connection with AI features — including sub-processors and data handling — is governed by our customer agreements and Data Processing Agreement. A current list of sub-processors is available by contacting privacy@tildei.com.
Data Retention and Deletion
This section explains how long we retain your Personal Data and the factors that determine retention periods.
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
| Data Category | Retention Period | Rationale |
|---|---|---|
| Active Account Data | Duration of account + 90 days | To provide Services and allow reasonable account recovery period |

| Account & Billing Information | 7 years after account closure | Tax, accounting, and legal compliance requirements |
| Marketing Communications Data | Until opt-out/unsubscribe + 3 years | Honoring opt-out preferences and managing suppression lists |
| Support Tickets & Correspondence | 3 years after resolution | Customer service quality and dispute resolution |

| Aggregated/De-identified Data | Indefinitely | No longer identifiable; used for analytics and product improvement |
You may request deletion of your Personal Data by contacting privacy@tildei.com, except where retention is required by law. For business customers, retention and deletion of customer data submitted through the Services is governed by your Data Processing Agreement.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.
For business customers, detailed security commitments — including encryption standards, access controls, certifications, incident response procedures, and sub-processor obligations — are addressed in our customer agreements and Data Processing Agreement. To request security documentation, contact privacy@tildei.com.
Age Requirements
Our Services are designed for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Business customers are responsible for compliance with applicable age-related privacy laws in connection with their use of the Services.
Your Privacy Rights
Where we act as a service provider or processor on behalf of a business customer, that customer controls how your Personal Data is processed. If you are an employee or end user of one of our business customers and wish to exercise your privacy rights regarding data submitted through the Services, please contact your employer or the organization that provides you access. We will assist our business customers in responding to such requests as required by our agreements and applicable law.
